A beautiful French-style transitional semainier, crafted from veneered wood and marquetry featuring designs of fruit, vases, and trophies. The piece has a white Carrare marble top and bronze fittings on its legs and handles. This semainier is signed by René Barde, the French cabinetmaker who crafted it. France, 2001.
