French bombé commode in the Louis XV style with yellow marble marquetry

A beautiful French Louis XV style commode, veneered with exquisite marquetry of rosewood, walnut, sycamore, and pear, featuring a fern-patterned design with floral and acanthus motifs. The piece has two large drawers and striking curved legs with gilt bronze appliqués. It is topped with yellow Brèche marble.
