Bronze bust on marble 'Conch Fisherman' by J. Baptiste Carpeaux (1827-1875)

An enigmatic bronze sculpture with a brown patina on a green brèche marble base by Jean-Baptiste Carpeaux (1827–1875). A replica of the original, it depicts a young fisherman kneeling in the water, holding a shell.

Dimensions: 16x13x32 cm.
